My son lives in ID and he says it’s Trump territory, but who knows. I know most of his friends and I’m sure that most of them are Trump supporters, that’s probably where his bias comes from but he’s a sharp guy so I’m not totally discounting his opinion.
Will is whistling past the Graveyard. He is letting his emotions affect his logic.
:: I think we may have passed peak Trump ::
Yes, George (ueffinsquish), just like we have passed “peak petrocarbons...right?”
I am not under any illusions about Trump’s conservatism and none of the remaining candidates are genuine outsiders. However, Trump is the only candidate who is not a professional politician. I am baffled when I hear blind assertions that Cruz is the ultimate outsider considering the following: 1) Ivy League Lawyer, 2) Funded by billionaires, 3) Supported Corker bill, TPP, TPA, 500% increase in H1B visas (backed down only when grassroots went ballistic). I might still support Cruz (and certainly will if he is the nominee), but let’s not fool ourselves about insider/outsider status. One final thought, every Republican candidate will finish their quest for the presidency richer than when they began, with the possible exception of Trump.
I think we may have passed peak Trump,"
Michigan, is a perfect slow ball for Donald
FACT: Cruz has little to no chance of winning the nomination. He is trending away from securing the required delegates. He will not win NY,FL,CA,PA or OH.
People pushing Cruz are falling into a trap that is designed to prevent anyone from winning enough delegates for the nomination. This is the Romney/GOPe plan
:: Caucuses are crap. They should be abolished ::
Or...used and given legitimacy in every state (AKA: eliminate primaries).
And many years past ‘Peak Will’.
I agree in part. CRuz is both: a bought-and-paid-for hack and an embarrassment to the faith.
KS was polling Trump 35-29 on 3/3, and ended 23-48 Cruz on 3/5. That's massive... a 31 pt swing in two days.
Trump underperforms his polling almost ever time. Cruz was supposed to win only TX by the polling, and he has won AK, IA, KS, ME, OK, and TX.
More importantly, Trump is polling behind Hillary, and he has yet to outperform a single poll by more than the margin of error. We should be discussing this.
Maybe, maybe not but I passed Peak Will long ago.
I'm in Idaho also but I can't seem to find any polling data. I will be voting for Trump.
Huh? Jeb’s old campaign workers on Cruz’s staff. Cruz has an extensive government work record - currently a senator. Cruz in coordination with Marco Rubio in latest rounds of Trump attacks. Cruz receives big money donations from lobbyists (Goldman Sachs/Big Oil). And he’s an outsider?
“Vote Cruz!!!!!”
Not voting for GopE candidates.
Maybe a few more exclamation marks will convince some moron on the fence?
I think we have passed peak Will.

Recently exchanged messages with some friends in Idaho. The Mormon influence is pretty strong. I expect Cruz will win Idaho because of both the Romney impact and a strong libertarian streak among many.
Michigan and Mississippi will go to Trump but because of the constant ad pounding it will be less than the polls indicate. Late deciders are more easily swayed by the ads and media. The interesting thing will be the divide between Kasich and Cruz. If Cruz is a close second then he is consolidating more of the outsider vote. If Kasich is second then it is simply a matter of the GOPe influence and StopTrump, campaign.
I have no clue about Hawaii. Do many in Hawaii care? They will go Democrat in the fall regardless of the nominees.
Better suited for Supreme Court than Executive (or Legislative).
This just proves my point that polls are BS. People lie and manipulate —the votes count if there is no fraud.
I don’t know about Trump, but we certainly passed “Peak Will” years ago.
