The Republican establishment is afraid of Donald Trump. Why? They are afraid that he will lose to Hillary. They don't hate Donald. They hate her. They are so fearful that they fail to see that by expanding the base of voters for Trump, he is more likely to win.
Well, he got this part wrong.

With all his fame and money, he did raise some very responsible and down to earth kids. I give him credit for that... He also came out on top ...probably one of the most successful people in this country. He also does NOT need to be President....in fact, anyone who wants the job can have it. Forget privacy, personal life and the mudslinging must hurt (sticks and stones). The work is non stop. It is also a pay decrease for Trump. I was on the fence between him and Cruz...(I wish we could vote for both)..but I voted for Trump the other day only because of the threat of the establishment to take his votes away....and because they are so panicked. That was the clincher for me. That to me is the BEST reason EVER.

Im sorry Trump is a scam, I wish he wasnt. He gave up a stupid reality TV show at the personal cost of $500 million dollars. What have the other candidates personally sacrificed?

Why are politicians who tell lies to defame their opponents not guilty of slander?
They use the excuse that they are just using their 1st amendment right, like some others on this thread.

sometimes you like a person to only fins out that they are not as good as you thought...
and sometimes you don’t like someone so much and find out that they were not as bad as you thought.
this has been my experience in researching Cruz and Trump.
I found out that Donald reads his bible every day...that was a shocker.
I would have expected to hear that about Cruz.
Now, when I hear Cruz speak he reminds me of a lawyer / preacher hi-bred.

I think Trump will unleash hell on killary. Cruz will be too much of a gentleman and would get toasted. I like Cruz more, but he can’t win.

I totally agree with ya.
I keep looking at the 1984 election and Trump can do a repeat of what Reagan did.
Trump is doing much better in these primaries than The Gipper did also.
I want to see Hillary crushed.
Republican turn out is twice that and more than Dem's.
Folks need to rally around Trump and put maximum pressure on this election for a massive land slide!

Honestly? Something stupid...but you surprised me...but, that doesn’t mean we can hold hands or anything.

The GOP is averse to any sort of accountability, and does just fine as the minority party. If Trump gets in, the "professional wrestling match" between DEMs and GOP will be exposed as "fake," and THAT is a problem for the "professional wrestlers."That's a metaphor for the American people on his right. We want to win again.

I think you’re being unfair to durbin. He may be having trouble with some of the bigger words, also the fact that there weren’t any pictures.
Durbin is right, though, and though we apparently have a difference in candidates I will defend his 1st Amendment right to free speech, no matter how inane and pointless. Lack of content doesn’t matter, the right still exists. So ramble on durbin to your heart’s content...
