St. Marcy park is filling up — she may have to take him for a nice stroll on ( and off) some long ocean pier, instead

Don't know what polls your looking at, but all the ones I've seen have Cruz beating Hillary, and Trump getting beat by a wide margin.
Cruz is out preforming his polls and Trump is pretty much in line with his.
Seems like a lot of wishful thinking is going on, where is concerns Trump.

Ahh, so you feel Cruz and Rubio are doing it for power (and money?) but Trump is doing it because he wants to help the ppl of the USA?
I’m asking sincerely. I don’t trust 99% of the people in politics because in politics, you can’t ‘tell it like it is’ or someone will get their precious feelings hurt. I like that about Trump, but I also see a side that he could be corrupt, a liar, and simply do what benefits him most. I hope I am wrong.

I think they already moved Vince. She’ll find a nice spot for Bernie.

And his little dog, Toto, too.

Having read what he’s said over the years, I think Cruz has a much firmer grasp on the constitution and the intellectual thought processes that birthed it than just about anyone I’ve known. It’s one reason I don’t think he’d be as effective as I’d like as president, because he would respect the limits on power in a way that no democrat ever would. It’s something I can live with, either as a president or judge. Heck, for supreme Court justice, you don’t really even have to be a lawyer. (there have been non-lawyer justices, though not for a long time) I’d really love to ee someone on the court who would laugh at some of the idiocy that comes up during oral arguments.

Trump has gone on record as saying how much he admires her, her leadership, her policies, and the people she surrounds herself with.

Just keep playing those, and she wins.

Heck, based on the ones I've heard, there is no difference between Trump and Hillary.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the whole point of the primary process is to nominate someone who actually has a chance of WINNING!

You're dead wrong. The whole point is to nominate someone that will allow Hillary to win. The deals have already been made.

Actually yes. He has nothing to gain financially. He and his family would be better off if he never ran for office. I think that that's important to think about.

I can't imagine putting oneself "out there" for all the criticism and disdain that mark EVERY political season, unless he genuinely cared.

I get the "power" aspect, but again, he had serious power before he threw his hat into the ring. I wish I could give you an definitive answer. I do know that politicians had 30 years to fix the problems that face the country today. Every 4 years we hear presidential candidates spout off plans that never happen. Debt, trade, border security. You name it. I'm just ready to take that chance.

It would be directly aimed at Trump. Everything directly aimed at Trump backfires.

I think you are right. Before Trump got in, I was thinking a Cruz/Rubio ticket would be good, but under the current circumstances I think it would bomb.

I believe that too. But damn, we got rooked with Roberts. It's difficult to believe in people when they are part of that mess that is DC.

If they try it Trump’s voters walk, and Cruz gets his head stomped by Hillary in the Fall.

The only way to stop Trump is to beat him fair and square. And frankly I don’t see it happening.

Bernie’s got a dog, eh!? He should include the pouch in his campaign. Americans like dogs. Dogs are loyal and don’t lie -— ha!

I disagree - I think anyone with some smarts and a clear message, along with the general trashing of Hillary’s name could win. She is extremely flawed. If someone has the guts to destroy her, she is a wounded tank on the battle field. I think Cruz could do it and trump too, not sure about Rubio.

You're talking about a democrat here. Hillary really could shoot someone in the middle of main street, and still get their vote.

She might be one of Cruz’ Crew now, but at some point between now and July, the focus for the GOP has to be redirected to the beating the commie or the Kleptocrat...

Wasn’t the title of the article that the GOP was mulling a unity ticket? Well, unify the dammed thing then if Donnie boy is the nominee.
