I fail to see how one could charge Trump for incitement and not charge the protester at the same time. Further, one punch does not a riot make.

Yes, and their spokemen not only incited violence, violence was perpetrated, openly and without fear or shame. Cops have been executed, businesses looted, burned, destroyed, people have been assaulted, and more.
But that was all just fine with the media and the left.
