With the flak that both Trump and Cruz are taking from the Establishment, in my opinion, I believe that the best ticket would be Trump as Prez and Cruz as VP. If Trump dies in office (he's getting up there in age), Cruz takes over. Or, if Trump serves one or two terms, Cruz is then available as a VP groomed to take over in the subsequent terms (something that Schrub never did).

Do we need any more evidence Bonehead is a Democrap operative?

Was Boehner in his cups when he called Cruz “Lucifer?” It is a fine endorsement ;-)

Hey, there is a series on Fox TV, called “Lucifer”, and the character comes off as really charming. The Devil has quit Hell and set up shop in Los Angeles, and it confuses the higher divinities no end.

What’s he doing in the ‘smoke filled rooms’ meeting anyway?
Boehner is a name of the past, period! He holds no current office as far as I know. This is not a Country Club.

Cruz has thrown his support to the BLM protesters by blaming Trump for violent protests from the left wing of the left wing party. He says it’s the Republican front runner’s fault that commies and fascists have shut down his rally.
Kasich and Rubio did the same.
They are dead to me. But Boner is a gigantic mistake of a has-been who never should have been.

Agree, this almost makes up for Glen Beck in my opinion. :)

Is this a “takes one to know one” moment?

Okay, somebody level with me. The Dems infiltrated the Republican party and are sabotaging it from within, right? I mean, are they THAT stupid. They had, what? seventeen people running for the nomination, each occupying a unique hue on the political spectrum. The people have sifted through them and are in the process of choosing a nominee. None of these people were named Paul Ryan. Why do they think that an eleventh hour choice of an establishment candidate, in the year of the anti-establishment candidate, is a wise decision? I am just incredulous.

He just wanted Kasich and himself to be invited to play a round of Golf with Obama

And your Cruz supporters think Cruz will be nominated at a brokered
convention?

Get real. The GOPe’s will use Cruz to try to stop Trump and discard
him after they are done with him.

Probably since his likely successor will be a Tea Party candidate. I'm sure Boehner isn't happy about that.
