It sounds terrible but I can usually see "death" in a person who is clearly in their last stage of life. They have that gaunt, vacant and empty look about them and I just know that they are not pulling out of it and while they may still function for a while, it's all downhill from there.

I get that same vibe when I look at Bill Clinton these days.

I would agree with that.

He does have the weight loss, the gaunt eyes, he’s not fully coherent, and he’s listless.

Something has sapped him like AIDS, but I understand your point and don’t disagree. I just don’t know what else to mention that would account for these symptoms other than to reference AIDS.

Slick looks bad for sure, but I doubt he has syphilis. Syphilis is easily treatable with antibiotics in its early stages and he has access to best health care money can buy. If he had caught syphilis at some point, which would not surprise me at all, he would not have allowed it to progress this far.
