Free Beacon Poll: Cruz Expands Lead Over Trump in Wisconsin
The Washington Free Beacon ^ | 3/25/16 | Lachlan Markay

Posted on 03/25/2016 3:58:30 AM PDT by TexasFreeper2009

The Basswood Research survey of 500 likely Republican primary voters, conducted on March 19 and 20, shows the Texas senator leading Trump by 4.8 points, 36.2 to 31.4. Ohio Gov. John Kasich trails with 20.8.

Cruz’s lead expands dramatically in a head-to-head contest with Trump. If Kasich were to drop out before the primary, 47.8 percent of respondents say they would back Cruz, compared to just 36.2 percent for Trump.

Cruz surge before 3/15 - lost all 5 states

Cruz gonna upset in AZ - got swamped

Cruz surging now -???

I think Cruz worshippers confuse his urges with surges.

I think it will be Cruz, but even if it is one of those you listed, none of them ever:

1) Gave money to Hillary Clinton and said she would make a great president.

2) Endorsed Comrade Bill De Blasio and said he would be a great mayor.

3) Supported unrestricted abortion on demand, including partial birth abortion.

4) Gave money to Schmuck Chumer, Charlie Rangel, Kamala Harris, Andy Cuomo and a host of other radical, Left Wing gun grabbers and racists.

5) Said, “I HATE the concept of guns.”

6) Ran a fake “university” that swindled thousands of Americans.

7) Went bankrupt running a CASINO. The only thing more difficult than that is bankrupting a whorehouse.

8) Called for universal healthcare paid for by the government.

9) Has admitted or been caught in numerous acts of adultery and has been married 3 times.

10) Dodged the draft with 5 deferments and then mocked the men who were captured and tortured while fighting for our freedom.

Trump is the worst possible “Republican” candidate by a wide, wide margin. He is a lifelong enemy of Conservatism and American values. Don’t be fooled by his transparent charade. He is nothing but a ruder version of Mitt Romney.

With apologies to Abe: “You can fool all of the people some of the time and some of the people all of the time, but a no class lying RINO like Trump can’t fool ALL of the people ALL of the time.”
The Trump-aid is starting to wear off.

"I will NOT vote for another Romney-Cruz-Soros."

ANOTHER??? I don't believe you ever voted for Romney, and unless you're from Texas, Cruz and Soros were never on any of your ballots.

She worked for Ted Cruz Senate staff in 2013 long before Trump was anywhere near politics

Seems strange she’d jump ship from the Senator she worked with and go to work for Trump

But then, hell hath no fury like a woman scorned

If 1237 is the magic number, at what number less than that should the convention rules be suspended and the nomination simply given to Trump even though he has not yet earned it through the delegate count?

Can we really call it the will of the people if he doesn’t get 1237?

And before you jump down my throat for merely asking, the question comes from one who is reluctantly resigned to a Trump nomination.

Two of the woman have been confirmed. This is just the beginning. There will be more to come yet.

The affairs haven't been confirmed. The rumors being about the same women is all that's been confirmed. By a columnist. Not a reporter.

Love the cut and paste list.

Cruz is a tool for the establishment.

He will not be the nominee.

I've sent emails to Cruz campaign asking why he sealed his records like Obama. Waiting on a reply.

Do you know why he sealed his records?

Excerpt:

Nearly seven in 10 respondents said they supported “a pathway” to citizenship for illegal immigrants if they pass criminal background checks, pay fines, learn English, and “wait a period of years.”

If this is true, then pro-Amnesty/No Borders/NAU CanuckTed will be nominee and America is doomed to become another Venezuelan utopia.

As a Trump supporter I know it won’t be easy but I’m confident Trump will get to 1237. CA is a must, cleaning up in the northeast a must also and then he has a pick of options…WV and IN or PA for example. I think Ted will pull off Wisconsin. People will go for his Iowa thing there. On the other hand WI is an open primary….but I believe MO was too and was very close.

I don’t know, but could you do me a favor—please have Donald do some more tweets. It would be especially helpful if the tweets could be attacks on Heidi Cruz and/or anything that makes it clear that Donald considers his wife to be a trophy wife. The more tweets along those lines, the better.

"Trump only has himself to blame."

Exactly. Gutter Trump has finally reached the limit of support for his juvenile antics. After 8 years of Obama, people are beginning to realize another 8 years of childish antics is bad for the country.
