Who LIED? You don't have the balls to even be honest enough to admit the Video Proves that both Corey and Trump LIED intentionally to smear the reporter.
One other thing, you are a liar. your last post is a bald faced LIE and you know it, Your story line left out the fact that Corey tweeted his LIE AFTER the Terris's article. The Next day Fields files the complaint.

However ther fact is that Corey tweeted his LIE as seen below on the evening of the 10th, causing turmoil at her workplace so she files the complaint the NEXT DAY!

Terris ran the story on the 10th, Corey smears the Reporter that night with the tweet I posted above. The Next day the reporter files the complaint. There are the FACTS! supported with the tweet.

I went on the Atkins diet once, for a few months. I was also breastfeeding. I think the denial of healthy starches caused my bruise factor to go way down. I was covered with bruises, from things like gently bumping a leg or arm on the side of a desk or table - no pain caused, just a little contact. Boom, an hour or so later, a new bruise. IOW, any number of things could have caused that. There was no control of that arm from 8 march to 10 march to verify where any bruises might have come from.
When court is involved nothing is logical. If the state attorney decides to go forward, plan on Fields being sued. Then she better have a huge war chest. When you go to court nothing makes sense. She would get crushed.

Fields accused Lewandowski of near violence...THAT DID NOT HAPPEN
It was barely a noticeable incident.
Through the article that she okayed Terris to run, Lewandowski was smeared, that he almost tackled her....BULLSHIITE!!!Lewandowski tweets he never met her, because on all accounts, he never did. He never realized he even had an encounter UNTIL AFTER it's in print...can you say defamation???
His so called smear against her was because of the defamation in the article.
She lost her job NOT because of Lewandowski, but because she fabricated the incident.
Every other reporter who was there corroborates Lewandowski, before she was fired.

Highly unlikely Fields will be sued unless evidence turns up during the criminal trial of some outrageous misconduct on her part (e.g. if the bruises were self-inflicted).
There’s no civil liability just for a “victim” pressing charges for alleged battery.
Remember that we live in a society where women routinely lie to get domestic protection orders as a means to gain a legal advantage in divorce and child custody cases...and there’s a presumption the man is wrong simply because the allegation is made.
