If they are forced into abortion thas another story, that should be up the courts to deicide.
And the nuance is this: Quite a few Republicans support murdering babies. Pro-lifers are only tolerated so long as they promote a bland, abstract, mushy pro-life stance that avoids any specifics about punishment when possible, restricting it to the least sympathetic criminals, the abortionists.
The entirely logical conclusion that the woman who contracts to have her baby killed, which if abortion is murder makes her an accomplice to premeditated murder, should face severe punishment is avoided because the millions of murderers running loose today don't want to hear it, and they vote.
That's the only nuance here.

Didn’t know that. I knew a young lady around 1970 who went to NYC. First to get a psychiatrist to say a baby would mentally injure her and then to get a ‘legal’ abortion pre roe v wade. All very sordid. Sad really.
