I grew up in a time when blacks were denied the vote, the right to sit at a lunch counter, and the ability to feel secure in their homes. The civil rights movement back then had great dignity and purpose. Highly ethical blacks and whites risked their lives to overcome great wrongs.

Today that heritage has been reduced to liberal groups searching for slights that allow them to wallow in self pity over nothing.

Solution:Buy transparent band-aids or start a company that makes band-aids for black citizens. Don't trash the past...

I can turn on the television or open to the front page of the newspaper and see people of my race widely and positively represented slaughtered mindlessly by creatures of other races

I remember George Carlin addressed this long ago in one of his stand up routines. He said not only did Johnson & Johnson’s Band Aids leave the Blacks out, they left the Whites out, too. Don’t know anyone that color. And I don’t know anyone whose skin is laid out in grids! It’s like science fiction.
