If FOX news was a conservative news station they would NEVER have this Establishment hack on their channel as a “paid” conservative annalist, FACT! And yes, I understand Hamhead’s interview was not on FNC, but, as usual, he’s making the rounds with his propaganda, he’ll be there soon enough.
OK folks, since the GOP is set on destroying “their” GOP brand....lets help them out. Please, someone with website knowledge needs to start a website with information on how to form a NEW POLITICAL PARTY. Information on how to switch from the GOP.
If this movement doesn’t get started before the GOP Convention .... it will be too late to get anyone off the ground this election, IMO.

What he totally lacks is an understanding of how to change people's thinking.
Now, I agree that my candidate, Donald Trump, needs to stop making unnecessary attacks on other candidates; needs to adopt more of a Rhett Butler approach to handling women who do not like him; needs to take a bit more time, explaining the interactive dynamics involved in his stands on key issues. But he has the ability to do all of the above. And hopefully, God willing!, he will listen to his staunchest supporters, who are urging him in that direction. That he is instinctively Conservative, I have no doubt:
If you wind up with a contested convention the candidate is almost certainly going to be a “NONE OF THE ABOVE”... That’s the typical outcome when neither of the front runners can win outright, their backers refuse to yeild to their nemesis and eventually some 3rd person both sides can live with wind up the nominee....
That’s how this sort of thing nearly always goes down... its how Pittsburgh wound up with Luke the boy mayor when Bob O’Conner died, the two leading candidates on City Council couldn’t each muster enough votes to win independently, so they put up the putz kid that they thought they could control, and he wound up the mayor by default... and of course was a disaster, and should be in jail, but so far has managed not to be. That’s the typical story of how things like this wind up... folks who think otherwise are either naive or willfully ignorant of politics.
The Cruz/Kasich folks fighting for a contested convention are beyond naive if they think that is going to wind up with their guy winning, it won’t be. It’ll be someone like a Jeb or a Ryan or someone no one is even talking about, that is most likely going to be an establishment tow the line easily controlled type do nothing, no threat to anyone, same old same old.
Karl’s right. We do need fresh faces and fresh ideas. First Step...get rid of that moron Karl Rove.
Trump is destroying the Karl Rove style of elections, and thank god for it, but of course they aren’t going to go down without a fight.

This story is just one in a series of stories being published to get everyone used to the idea that the nominee won’t be anyone who is currently running.
It’s not even out of the question that Jeb! will be the nominee, but given the hints being thrown out in these stories, I think Ryan is the guy they want.

I guess you missed it. The word has already gone out; the convention rules gods have proclaimed that this rule can be changed before the convention starts.
That’s right, BEFORE the convention starts. The week before the convention the rules committee can change the rules.
Bottom line: there are no rules, because they can be changed in the middle of the game.
