And any appeal to 12 year Olds doesn’t acknowledge that the vast majority of the 60 million murdered babies were convenience killings.

A woman who causes her own abortion can currently be charged with practicing medicine without a license, IIRC.

I can't say I've looked up the laws of all 50 states, but everywhere I'm familiar with, the crime of practicing medicine without a license requires that you practice on someone else.
