Why not “Trump has burned that bridge”?
To: EternalHope
So has The Donald.
Too bad Glenn Beck wasn’t standing on it when it happened.

I generally learn something from Pat’s words. Not so much this time.

He has, for many. See the Stu tweet in the OP, for example.

This explains how King George managed to route the Buchanan Brigades.
If Trump is the pick, go with Susan Martinez as VP. If Cruz, go with Fiorina.
Yeah, it's pandering, but it also makes sense. Martinez adds the political experience Trump lacks, and Fiorina adds business experience that Cruz lacks.
To: SeekAndFind
Ugh. Not a fan of Trump or Cruz. I’d at least like a good VP to support.

The drooling moron’s drooling moron?
Even the guy in a straitjacket at the local insane asylum would be a better reference than that.

“RE: Cruz has burned that bridge.”
Cruz only wins eGOP controlled primaries. He talks tough about New York City but he is bought and paid for by Wall Street. His campaign loans are from Goldman Sachs. His wife works for Goldman Sachs. His primary contributors are all eGOP organizations. He always has an excuse why he votes eGOP and never get anything done that he claims he will do.
Cruz is eGOP all the way.

I agree with Buchanan.
A Trump/Cruz ticket would end the madness. As Buchanan says, it’s only right since the vast majority of votes have been for anti-establishment candidates.

Seriously. Why does this keep coming up? Why does everyone ignore the elephant in the room, i.e., CRUZ IS NOT ELIGIBLE?
There is no way he won’t be challenged on this both by the GOP and the DNC.

Because Trump is in the lead. In what unicorn fart-powered fantasy world do the leaders in any race stop and quit so second place can win?

Pretty interesting ideas about Susana Martinez and Carly Fiorina as VP selections for Donald Trump and Ted Cruz, respectively.
It would springboard Republicans to be able to claim the "diversity" ground...especially if Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders ultimately become running mates! :-)

Washington would not have considered him eligible, but current courts will. In fact, they’ve shown that they do.
