The laws have screwed the owners, rent to a felon, rent to a single mom with a boyfriend or husband who are not working and now will squat for years paying no rent while you pay for them, physically destroy your investment, entrepreneurial drug dealing from your investment. This is how the gov fed and local are screwing the small American investor. Everything for them especially if your the right color and NOTHING for you
Will this include convicted kiddie fiddlers?
