U.S. Magistrate Judge Thomas Coffin in Eugene rejected motions by the U.S. government and trade groups representing the energy companies to dismiss the lawsuit by 21 plaintiffs ages 8 to 19.

All employers should make note of the names of these 21 youths and never hire them. It would go against their principals to give them a job where they would burn fuel commuting, use energy at the work place and their product may require customers to produce greenhouse gases.

Let’s file a law suit contending that the Federal Government is failing to protect young people from crippling debt.

Or failing to educate them past basic brainwashing into believing the most ridiculous nonsense with total credulity.

Not to worry. They are all bound to end up in government housing living off food stamps anyway.

If I were that judge, I would dismiss it, along with asking the question, “Shouldn’t you kids be in bed???”

Oh, I get it.

There’s no Constitutional mandate to protect our borders.

No Constitutional inkling that we can vet foreigners (despite dozens of decades of Ellis Island entry processing).

In no way is the government responsible to protect the unborn. Spoiler Alert: the same will soon apply to the elderly.

The government via the courts can toss the Bill of Rights. After all, it was written by a bunch of dead old white men.

BUT there IS a Constitutional Right to be protected from an unproven scientific fabrication!

Obviously, these young folk have had oxygen-deprived brains since birth. I suggest we spend our next 20 Trillion on loosening the Van Allen Belt, it’s obviously choking us.

There’s an article on io9 blaming the shifting pole locations that accelerated since 2000 on:
A. all the groundwater we’ve pumped out and used, shifting world mass a little
B. the melting ice sheets

The interesting thing is, if we’ve pumped out that much groundwater, it is a valid reason to say the oceans rose a couple inches. Interesting no climate change person has ever used that in place of “CO2 is evil, de-industrialize”.

If the Antarctic ice sheets had melted a whole lot, too, you’d see far more ocean rise - and likely greater polar shift.

This amuses me. The only way the federal government can defend itself would be to hire what they call deniers to testify.

Bwahahaha

Someone should ask them who will protect them from starvation, anarchy and disease. It won’t be their tree hugging parents.
