It doesn’t matter if him mother was a citizen of Swaziland. The only issue is was he born on the soil of this country.
He probably did use his mother’s birth certificate, but I don’t know.
I have no knowledge about Cruz’s mothers BC being released, but Obama’s never was released on the internets.
I don't see what the big fuss is. All he has to do is show us his naturalization papers. Why is that so hard to do?

Nope not from what I heard (and now a days you never know what is and is not true) but I read his mom renounced her citizenship so if that is true, Rafael is not a citizen. They say his records and his moms are sealed..........so just like Obama we most likely will never know the truth....

I will have to “assume” that by that statement the Constitution means jack.

I haven’t followed Cruz’s birth issue, although I am aware he was negligent in renouncing his Canadian citizenship.
Those are the options.
