Colorado Republicans are planning a protest at the Republican Party Headquarters on April 15, 2016 at 3 PM. From the Facebook page:

The Colorado Republican Party shamefully silenced its voters this election season. We demand that Colorado give the power to vote in the Presidential Primary to the voters. We will exercise our right to assemble and peacefully protest the corruption of the Colorado GOP and disenfranchisement that we the voters have sufferend.

GOPe damage control BS, that's all this sort of diversionary trash about the percentage of votes not matching the percentage of delegates is.

Delegates were awarded in proportion to the votes cast save for those the Republican GOPe, in their great wisdom, added to the total the overall victor in the popular vote received.

IOW, it was all clear and directly related to the votes cast with a bonus for the overall winner.

Unfortunately for Snake Cruz, he doesn't come out as the overall winner much and never will.

Same thing I said in the last thread you posted this GOPe party line damage control BS in.

All the overheated rhetoric flying around pretty much guarantees that neither Cruz nor Trump people will get what they want this season.

At this point I'm afraid we should expect a Clinton-Kasich race. Nice going everyone.

The rules in Colorado have been the same since 2004.

It's true that voters used to be able to vote in a straw poll, but it had no bearing whatsoever on delegates. Those have always been chosen by caucuses just as they were this time.

When the RNC declared earlier this year that states could not conduct meaningless primaries (beauty pageants), Colorado cancelled its. Trumpsters may not like it, but nothing has changed.

Trump's team just hadn't bothered, I guess, to learn the rules.

Delegates can't be stolen if you don't own them to begin with.

1237, you own them.

If less, after 1st ballot, you don't own them any longer.

This should be pretty. The RNC gave Trump the rules for all states. CO GOP announced their plans. Trump blows it and cries cheater once again. How would that work out for a president = crying cheater or lying to the world.

I know it’s hard for you to figure out, but in the earlier primaries, a lot of the votes were tahen up by the candidates no longer participating...

Actual votes:

Trump———8,256,309
Cruz-———6,319,244

In Colorado Cruz got 100% of the delegates with 0% of the voters. Not too hard to comprehend the problem.

The Colorado establishment machine has given Trump a nuclear bomb to use - and he will use it.

Thats because he won the delegates by winning the states. Not rocket science.
