I think you are right about this. Trump probably would have lost CO if it was a “winner take all”. Then again, we never seen a poll there.
However, I think he used CO to his advantage to make it appear that the GOPe and Cruz are stacking the deck against him.

like when I vote in local elections they don’t list party affiliation. when I have tried to find out, I get told it doesn’t matter and they don’t have to disclose that for local positions - like school board etc., but I still don’t get a simple answer and have to research on my own. You know something no good is happening.
Explain to me how Ted Cruz can gain any delegates from New York...when he won’t even campaign in New York...because he will be thrown off the stage for his hate of New York & New Yorkers!!! Any New Yorker that casts a vote for Ted Cruz has lost any brain power and common sense they ever had.....nutcases!!! Go figure!!!
Astute observation dynoman, fits perfectly in what I’ve witnessed about the man and knowing ahead of time how to take advantage of the bums gaming the system.
Just got done reading that some 153 million already spent on negative ads and 70 million of that was focused on Trump.
23 million combined from those running the anti-Trump PACs...damn these people are rabid.
