A New Jersey judge has ruled that Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz meets the constitutional requirements to be president and may appear on the state's presidential primary ballot.
Judge Jeff Masin ruled Tuesday that a child of a citizen-father or citizen-mother is "indeed a natural born Citizen within the contemplation of the Constitution."

In the end, Judge Masin ruled that Obama’s nomination petition was not defective, Obama had no obligation to prove his eligibility, and that in general the children of aliens born in the United States were natural born citizens.
Framers intention:l for natural born: born on American soil of two American citizens.
Obama: born on American soil of one American citizen.
And now? Born on foriegn soil with one American citizen parent.
What is the over/under on amount of time before no American attachment is needed to be qualified to hold the highest nation in the land.
The courts have truly screwed us.

if cruz is a natural born citizen because he had citizenship at birth (using their definition of the phrase)... then he wouldn’t he ALSO a natural born citizen of CANADA and a natural born citizen of CUBA?

OBVIOUSLY, you cannot be a natural born citizen of more then one country. that would be absurd.
why would a leftist judge say he’s eligible?

The GOPe will find a judge who thinks otherwise and take Cruz out when they are good and ready. Not now. Now they need him to take down Trump.
Also King George could have knocked up an American woman and the framers would’ve accepted the child as a natural born citizen able to hold the highest office in the land? Smell test.... No pass.
Not sure how the natural born clause can be considered a protection to the highest office if anybody with any remote American connection can be president.
