All his bio pages say he’s still married to a “Kendall”— hmm. How does he keep a lid on it? Fascinating!! Only Treehouse seems to have the scoop!!

They are being paid by people who do not want their gig disrupted by the only outsider running. If Cruz had to deal with 10% of the flak that Trump catches every day I believe he would curl up into a little ball and never come out of his safe space.

well stated

The loss, to me, is Levin. I listened to his podcast every day when I walked the dog. I learned a lot, too. But now? I’ve unsubscribed from the podcast and listen to audio books while walking. How could “The Great One” become so diminished. I can’t believe the number of people Trump has exposed. It is a sorry system that is also exposed. I’m glad it has happened, but I miss “”the Old Mark.”

It is interesting Levin did just launch his Internet TV site.

It has been so bad that when I drive the 10 or 15 minutes to and from my studio I listen to NPR. NPR is better that Levin and Beck's non-stop infomercial for Cruz.

I am wondering about American Thinker as well. The stories today are nearly all anti-Trump and pro-Cruz.

on the take
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Hm?.....Maybe because these are the same guys and gals who IGNORED Obama’s eligibility, clumsily fake birth documents, failure to pass e-verify, fake social security number, forged draft registration, non-appearance on the campus of Columbia.

Anyone talk show host who would do that likely will do anything for money.

I agree with your complaint about the talk show hosts who refused to go after Obama on the citizenship thing. But maybe it's more-or-less the same reason why Trump also dropped it like a hot potato.

Why don't you even try to address the rest of my post? My complaints against Trump--and Levin's complaints against Cruz--are extraordinarily serious, including but not at all limited to the fact that I think that Hillary would wallop Trump in the general election.

At the bottom-line, I am asking why FRumpsters usually respond to criticisms of Trump by immediately insulting his critics, ordinarily calling them ugly names. (And I would point out again that Levin doesn't need to be bribed in order to be worried about Trump--so accusing Levin of corruption is actually quite inappropriate.)

JayGalt's recent posts to me have been an exception that proves the rule concerning the behavior of FRumpsters.

I think those comments are hard to answer because the issues are very complex. I think Trump will trounce Hillary in the general election.

I am a scientist and as a scientist I know that however loudly the global warming cabal screams their claims are completely bogus. They massage their data with algorithms that turn down into up and discard data point; they block publication of articles that do not agree with their pseudoscience. As an average human being who has lived on our planet when the weather man with his fancy charts and gadgets tells me it will rain today or snow 12 inches tomorrow I say maybe yes maybe no.

Using the same common sense meter and B**S*** analyzer I put my money on the man that can fill 3 airplane hangers a day with 10-20 thousand people and have 10 thousand waiting outside and 15 thousand listening via the live feeds rather than on a sick, traitorous liar who can’t get 500 people on her best day and many of those who she does get have to be paid. So when the polls tell me Hillary will win, I yawn.

The MSM is getting more and more strident and more and more irrational. One day for fun I looked up the pollster that was responsible for the latest Hillary beats Trump poll as though I was a potential client. Their web interface told me that they were renowned for getting their clients the results the clients wanted & needed.

I think that Trump supporters are battered down and loaded for bear. It is not only Trump who is being assaulted, misquoted, slandered and impugned. We all are. I think Trump is standing there taking the heat for America because he tried to step aside and things got worse and worse. No one stepped in to take up the burden of rescuing our prosperity, our rule of law, our common sense, our Vets, our place in the world & the American Dream.

I am grateful to Trump for naming America’s enemies: Congressional greed, cronyism, Globalists using unfettered immigration as a means of bringing America to her knees so the Globalists can feed. I am grateful that he is bringing the plight of our Veterans and our working class into the national discourse. I am amazed at his stamina, his positive outlook and his determination and I am angry that the press and the GOPe care nothing for the country only for their cozy arrangements.

When people attack Trump on FR with the same tired and inaccurate arguments that I have debunked so many times before its easy to get frustrated and snap back. I am always mindful that the vast majority of Freepers love our Country and are also anxious about our peril. We share common goals and nothing is served by letting the MSM lies divide us.

I am a scientist and also a former Professional Engineer. Like you, I think the AGW claims are a monumental crock.

As a former engineer, I would just urge you to be careful about how you scale up bench-scale politics (big crowds in a primary) to full-scale production politics (voter turnouts in the general election).

We will see how it plays out. When you see only one path you walk it. I actually worry less about the voter turnout than I do about the chicanery.

I have never insulted you.

Personally, if it weren’t for that natural born citizen thing I would likely support Cruz. I simply can not believe that Our Founders would have considered Cruz a natural born citizen. And....The standard applied will mean that in 2 or 3 generations ( given the tourism babies and anchor babies) half the world will be considered natural born citizens and eligible to run for president. That is **exactly** what our Founders wanted to prevent.

I suppose you could consider me a tepid Trumpeter by default because Cruz is not a natural born citizen. I don’t care how many judges of Secretaries of State rule otherwise.

I have never said you insulted me. I was just asking you to look over the threads and notice that the insults and accusations are lopsided in the matter of Trump supporters versus Cruz supporters.

Cruz supporters are pretty confrontational in their posts--because their concerns are very serious--but they don't seem to be as inclined as the Trump supporters are to "debate" by calling fellow FReepers ugly names.

***

I don't know many bona fide jurists who agree with your opinion about "natural born citizen." I think FRumpsters have strained at a gnat and swallowed a camel.
