Sounds like Cruz is a bit concerned about Manafort. He is only attaching Stone to his ‘concerns’ for added measure. Manafort is causing some serious sleepless nights for poor Cruz. I expect Cruz to become more unglued as he realizes he does not have ALL the control he wants or needs to have.

“[Trump] needs to stop asking his supporters at rallies to punch people in the face.”

Lyin’ Ted must have had a Bible with him during the interview so he could put it down.

Do we have a little projection issue here (otherwise known as the pot calling the kettle black)?

*** The narrative is going Cruz (sic) way. ***

Only in the fevered brains of some deluded cruzaniacs.

Or else he saw Paul Manafort’s Hannity interview last night.

Trump never passed himself off as a saint. Teddy is a bible thumping hypocrite. Just another sleazy practicioner of crony politics.

I got a couple emails from Cruz telling me I can be a delegate if I contribute 35.00. Hot dang I wanna go to Cleveland! Oh wait, Cruz doesn’t know anything about this, it’s his PAC.

Does Cruz ever talk about anything other than Trump these days?

Has he got anything uplifting to say so that people want to vote for him?

Yes, I know....these are rhetorical questions. Cruz has turned out to be nothing like I thought he was 2 years ago. I hate when my bubble bursts!

But Trump never claimed to be ‘the holier than thou anointed King that will bring the wealth of the wicked home to the High Priests’ and Ted’s cheating hasn’t been fully exposed yet. I’m sure there’s people hanging on to that until if he can be used to get rid of Trump. Don’t worry, everything about lying Ted will come out in due time.

Ted Cruz is a dupe of the GOPe, willing to say anything if it gets him ahead. Roger Stone no longer works for the Trump campaign. And that’s a good thing. Nobody has a leash on the guy...Cruz is afraid of Stone...I believe he has reason to be. Rock on Roger!

Everyone sees Cruz for what he is more and more with the exception for a few of his braindead zombies.

The more I hear him speak the more I dislike him. Cruz jumped the shark in CO. so high that he should start campaigning in a Fonzie like leather jacket.

Trump has said he supports up universal Healthcare paid for by the government. His words.

That's a lie. It's the lie that Cruz has been telling for months.

So Cruz says Trump is using Alinsky tactics? How is that any worse than Cruz using “Obama tactics”? Cruz is such a Democrat.

Episodes like this further convince me that Cruz has either jumped the shark, or certainly in the process of doing so. His schtick is running thin and has become boring.

I've noticed a few like him. One poster had a sign on date of at least 4 years or more, but when I looked at the posting history, it only seemed to start with this year's campaign.

My honest question to some of these posters (not that I would expect an honest answer) is: "how much are you getting paid to be here, and is it per post or length, and do you get bonuses for posting something over-the-top outrageous and successfully getting someone to believe it?"

No. He is defending the conservative base which was slandered by Don-Don’s new GOPe hack delegate hunting friends.

In an insidious attack on the Tea-Party and other conservative groups, these folks labeled many on the right as antisemitic and members of the Gestapo.

Only left-wing liberals and Rino’s use those terms against right wing conservative activists.

And everyone, everyone on this site....KNOWS THAT.

Or used to.

Jedi.

Perhaps what we really need is to have an old fashioned debate between Cruz and Trump and allow them the chance to discuss the differences in their policies, instead of the constant back and forth personal affronts that you see on this forum. Does all of this personal attack stuff really gain anyone anything? Are the candidates not willing to debate each other, mano a mano, or are they intimidated by moderators such as Megan Kelly, Chris Wallace, etc.?

No more debates!! If people don't know whom to vote for by this time, one more debate isn't going to help.

All you're looking for is one of the two to mess up, not to look better.

None of our guys is afraid of any of the moderators, they're just sick to death of them, as are all of us. And when has there been a political season without personal attacks? I don't remember one and I've been around for quite a few elections.

Actually pretty smart move. Everyone sees Trump as angry and a bit unhinged. Now you point out that Trumps campaign is de facto threatening people, and the campaign starts to look even less acceptable. The narrative is going Cruz way.

Yeah, the narrative is going Cruz’s way. That’s why he has to make up a fairy tale about winning “11 elections in a row”. So what are those 11 elections? List them.
