This mom gets her vote in the general election for free but she doesn’t get to be a national delegate to the selection process of the PRIVATE CLUB called the Republican Party. Sorry to burst your bubble, but not everyone gets everything in life. Maybe you don’t remember when you had to be a property owner to vote in tax elections or you had to pay a $5 poll tax to get your voter registration. Life isn’t fair sometimes.

All Trump has to do is shout “cheat!”, and everybody who wants to believe it, is quite willing to ignore the facts.
We’ve had non-binding straw votes for a long time.
This year the NRC said if we held a straw poll it would be binding.
2 key issues arise:
A - It’s note cheap or easy to take straw poll tallies and turn them into a legally secure, and auditable result.
B - Colorado Straw Poll winners have never made it through to the Primary, so a binding vote would be a waste. (the winner drops out before the end)
I don’t defend random callers or posters.

You can go start your own club if you don’t like the Republican club. But it does take quite a bit of effort and organization.
I've never been a delegate or party insider. Just an ordinary voter that you don't seem to value. But I have voted straight Republican ticket since my first election in 1980, with the exception of 2012 when I left the top of the ballot blank.
But I can walk. It's not like my salvation depends on being a Republican.
But out of curiosity, how many people like me can you afford to lose? 1000? 10,000? 1,000,000?
