NBC's Hallie Jackson reports Cruz has changed his focus to Pennsylvania and making a play for the state's unbound delegates. Jackson, the network's Cruz correspondent, said even if Cruz has a third place finish in Pennsylvania, they'll win more than half the delegates.
...
"Even if they come in a distant third, a top campaign aide tells me, they will still, they believe, pick up more than half the delegates there."

Ignore the voters, bribe the corrupt politicians.
Sounds like a plan. I’m sure Cruz has a plan for picking up second place electoral votes in the general too.
This is fascinating. I don’t remember a primary season like this one ever.
The elites need to REALLY think about the long-term implications of what they are doing.
They are sending a message to voters in BOTH parties that your vote really does NOT count for a hill of beans.
They REALLY need to THINK about the long-term implications of that. If masses of frustrated people give up on the ballot box as the vehicle for change, what then?
So losers can be winners. interesting.
BS. The reporter is creating news, not reporting it.
Single party rule
Democrat POTUS senate and house
Let it burn
Soapbox, ballot box, ammo box
Yes I wonder if this is part of some Common Core thingy.
Lets hope Trump for President. Only chance we have.
LOL!!! Cruz-orrhoids don’t even wait to lose to declare victory now.
Is this correct? I remember watching probably on Fox News a party insider stating that most of the unbound delegates have already stated they will go with the winner.
This isn’t a primary — it’s a carnival game.
It seldom goes this deep. The later states have pro-forma rules to be cheap — because their results almost never matter. Not the case now.
That said, I am laughing at all the fancy-pants people upset that the yokels dare to have their own way of doing things.
Small county Republican activities are shoe-string operations, run by solid conservatives. Of course they like Cruz. Why anyone is surprised they don’t like a NYC loudmouth like Trump is the real mystery.
Consistent Clintonian
The GOP is committing suicide right before our eyes.
Ted fighting to be remembered in the history books as the asterisk (*) candidate.
If the presidential election were a national caucus or delegate convention I would give Cruz a chance. In a straight popular vote forget it he would get hammered by Hillary or Bernie, and of course Cruz would be going up against the masters of vote stealing and manipulation with the Democrats.
What genius in the Party of Stupid made this rule to see how bad the GOP can lose in the General by a Landslide and cost GOP Senate, Judges and house members.
