Well, no. If that’s what we need, it’s not him. Like a lot of wealthy people Donald Trump lives above those cultural conflicts. He’s not above making comments about political correctness, but he’s no culture warrior. Trump’s success at the polls has as much to do with a deeper weariness with culture wars as it does with a surface reaction against political correctness. I’m not saying that’s a bad thing — or a good thing — but I think Mytheos is deceiving himself and taking Donald Trump for something he isn’t and never claimed to be.
