Congratulations to our presumptive nominee, Donald Trump!

Congratulations to our presumptive nominee, Donald Trump!

Great job in New York and throughout this campaign. Cruz and Kasich are now mathematically eliminated and just like all the others who were mathematically eliminated should concede and drop out so we can all unite behind our nominee and prepare to defeat the godless America-hating traitor Hillary Clinton in November.

As conservatives and patriots, it's time to put bruised egos behind us, heal our differences and act united in the best interests of our nation. The media and the GOPe will try to keep us divided, of course, but we must not fall for their treasonous tricks.

A divided Republican party will ensure Hillary waltzes into the White House in November.

Freedom is never more than one generation from extinction. Hillary would be a third term for Obama and would complete his mission of completely destroying America.

Do not let freedom expire on our watch!!

I'm praying this forum and our loyal members will now be shifting into high gear to defend our freedom by uniting against the treasonous enemy within.

Let's get Trump over the 1237 mark and finally take the GOPe completely out of the picture!!

Then onward to the presidency in November!!

Your guy lost.

Not yet. It's not over until someone reaches 1237. :-)

It’s disheartening, but it is what it is.

You completely, and dishonestly, butchered my quote. Here is what I said:

Sorry, I cannot support someone who has donated so much to liberals who think it is ok to suck the brains out of a partially born baby. No, donating to those politicians because you want to build a skyscraper is not morally justifiable.

Here is what you posted:

Sorry, I cannot support someone who [thinks] it is ok to suck the brains out of a partially born baby.

Donald Trump has donated money to pro partial birth abortion politicians, that is undeniable.

That’s great but Cruz is done

He’s just helping an ever shrinking GOP establishment hurt Trump

West Virginians are better than that

I was very close to one once

A notorious gent but a real hombre

A quick word of acknowledgement to Cruz supporters from a Trump man.

If I am ever in a seemingly hopeless situation, I want you in that foxhole right beside me, because you're not afraid to fight against overwhelming odds.

Y'all are loyal. Relentless. Passionate.

As a Trump supporter, I want you on my side. It's time. We've squabbled long enough. It's time to band together.

Together, we can destroy Hillary Clinton and build a better Republican party.

Let's do it.

The GOP-e better kiss the ass of We The People and Mr. Trump.

OK. Sure.

Look at it this way - If Trump takes the prevailing FR attitude and tells the GOP-e to GFY - he will have all the gravitas of some third party candidate. He certainly won’t have inside the beltway support.

And how’s that work out, hmmmm?

It is the culture of Washington needing the change, not Trump.

Very, very well said and true.

Last night I had my hopes up that Ted Cruz would call a press conference today, announce that he no longer has a path to the nomination, state that a contested convention would be detrimental to the party's chance and then formally withdraw himself from the race, offering Trump his full support.

Well maybe I ingested a bad ice cube last night because I awoke to the sobering reality that Cruz has decided to soldier on in a losing cause. That he decided to put his personal ambition ahead of duty to country. Or perhaps he really is a stooge of the GOPe and is willing to do their bidding.

Anyhow, I'm disappointed in Ted Cruz today. But we the people have the outcome in our hands. We only need to get out and vote in the remaining primary contests and win for Trump the delegates he needs to get over the top. Just 58% of them at least. He won about 95% of the ones up for grabs last night so that's a pretty good start.

A lot of Trump supporters have said their goal was to tear down the GOP; well, I think they succeeded, at least for this year.

You don't think that's needed?

Tearing down the GOP is fine.

What's not fine is destroying the GOP, which is what will happen at a contested convention where the obvious frontrunner is thwarted.

And don't forget that there wouildn't have even been the possibility of a contested convention were it not for the orchestrated, relentless character assassination campaign conducted by the GOPe against their own frontrunner.

GOP voters, and the American People in general, are not going to forget what the Establishment tried to do, and they know that's the only reason Donald Trump didn't wrap this up a long time ago.

That is why a contested convention would, literally, destroy the party.

Personally, I'd rather clean house and rebuild the party from within.

At this point, there's one man, and one man only, who can ensure the destruction of the GOP. And that man is Ted Cruz.

As I said, we're now going to see what Ted Cruz's character really is, and I'm not too hopeful, given us unprincipled, Machiavellian tactics thus far...

Vote Trump

Sanders & Trump have things in common on trade, outsourcing, war/intervention and are anti-establishment. Sanders people will cross over to Trump.

Cruz & Hillary are on the same page with trade, outsourcing, ME/NATO and both are establishment.

Trump will win in November and that is why the oligarchy is freaking out.

You see the title of the thread: presumptive nominee. Not Ted Cruz. So if the man is throwing his support behind the presumptive nominee DT that means get out of the way or come on board.I hope you can therefore make up your mind quickly instead of navel gazing and wishful thinking.

Agreed. Thanks.

He already has. Where have you been?

Compared to the absolute deluge of sleazy insults against his fellow Republicans, anything he might have said against Hildebeeste or Commie Sanders is lost in the noise. He and his supporters have a lot to prove, and a lot to apologize for, and just about seven months to do it in.

He, and they, had better get crackin'.

And with that, I have said all I need to say on this thread.

Have a nice day.
