REMEMBER:  To find the Free Republic Caucus thread for the day, search by title, "caucus".

The Indiana Primary (57) will take place in six days.

Only vote on this thread on: 04/27/2016  another thread will pop up moments before: 04/28/2016
Wait to vote until 12:00 midnight EST, and don't vote after 12:00 midnight EST at the at the end of the day.  Look for the new thread.
Votes outside the 24 hour period, will not be counted.  Give it three minutes or so on each end, so you are sure to get your vote counted.


NOTICE:  The Free Republic Caucus will end on Thursday - April 28th.  
No new thread will appear at the end of the day of the 28th, for the 29th.  
Results for the 28th will be posted at the bottom of the voting thread for the 28th,
once they have been worked up.

Sometime in the week after the 28th, I will work up a lot of statistics on the vote.
Individual's names will used sparingly and only for positive aspects of the vote.
Most of the reporting will deal with numbers of voters and different aspects of the votes.

I would like to thank all of you who participated.  I had hoped it would be something we all could enjoy.  
I enjoyed producing it, and I know some folks enjoyed participating.  To those of you who saw something
sinister in it, that was not my intent.  

On January 20th, I started what I thought would be a two week exercise everyone could enjoy.
Three months and eight days later, we will wrap up the FR Caucus.

I would like to thank WindFlier and Lonely Bull for their efforts to provide a place for folks to talk after the voting day had ended.  They did a great job.
This was something they came up with on their own, and I think it was a great addition.  Lonely Bull provided a different format of links to results for people to use.

One thing I really appreciated, was that hardly any negative comments were made about those who participated on the voting threads.
No matter who folks voted for there, almost everyone respected those voter's votes.

Freepers are pretty good people at heart.

I would also like to thank the unsung hero here on Free Republic.  All too often we forget Jim and this forum and the service he provides here.  
Without Free Republic, this caucus would not have taken place.  Thank you very much for the nearly two decades of Free Republic Jim.
You and the forum have become an important part of our lives.  To those who help you out, they are also appreciated very much.
