Kasich and Cruz are really optimistic about becoming potus. Perhaps they need to raise their level of chance at becoming the nominee before putting the cart before the horse.

Is it delusional for a candidate running a very distant third in a three man race to talk about selecting a running mate? It certainly is delusional, but only moderately more so than for the candidate running a very distant second to do the same.
Cruz who is trying to get Kasich out of the race probably didn’t realize the Ohio delegates with Kasich will automatically go to the 2nd place finisher if Kasich leave race
For a genius IQ Harvard Law guy, the Cruzer has made some surprising mistakes.
Maybe he’s thinking of picking a deli owner at this point. Could be the reason he is constantly eating, he’s judging the candidates based on their cuisine.

I assume the Cruzer picked Snarly Carly for her rock star popularity in California (/s) but here in Indiana she rates between unknown and a liability.
