Bernie was trapped on this. He couldn’t pound Hillary on it for fear that had it actually harmed her it would set a precedent that a Bernie administration wouldn’t want. After all, running the gov’t through private comms channels to avoid puiblic scrutiny seems like a really cool idea (to leftists).
If Hillary indicted before the convention Sanders wins. Therefore any indictment will be after the convention.

under the direct instruction of Obama , the DoJ has instructed the FBI to go as slow as possible , in order to mire this investigation and it’s results down until AFTER the election . It is a repeat of the Benghazi Coverup strategy that assured Obama’s 2nd election .
Mr. Trump , when he is President should direct that all those involved in BOTH these scandals shall be fully and forcibly prosecuted . To include Barack Obama .
