Somebody should put in Austin Powers’ “That’s a Man, Baby!”.
That’s a man, baby! A tranny.
What do we know about her combat experience?
We’re going to need a new Army soon.
I wonder where it will come from?
Ug.
The first profession women took over after they burned their bras was human resources.
The last profession, before the country falls, will be the military.
Col. Cindy Jebb, Social Justice Warrior and proponent of Islam...
Why?
Of all the candidates, is she the most qualified? Or is this just another political move to diversify? If she is truly the best choice without consideration of gender or race, then go for it! I’m all aboard!
She was a prior intelligence officer. Wrote original research concerning terrorism and assisted in anthropology research.
Multiple advanced degrees, planned to retire until the nod. Personal life is pretty standard — married to a white collar professional, 3 kids.
I don’t see an issue. The dean is responsible for academic integrity and the administrative side of West Point. What disqualifies her? We have a academic integrity problem with the service academies right now — the Naval Academy just got slapped for a plagiarism fiasco just this year.
Oh, come on, thats not the question everyones asking, thats: Is she a Ranger?
In my opinion it’s an appropriate position for a woman who wants to serve in the military. She is not, after all, leading troops in combat.
with the mutt in the white hut there are ALWAYS ulterior motives and merit seldom comes into play.
I want West Point to produce Military Warriors not Social Justice weaklings.
The Pentagon is still a meritocracy at the middle ranks (flag below 2-star being middle-rank).
I’ve served recently. We’ve had a huge cadre of excellent people who were “baptized” by the very unconventional wars we’ve been fighting for the past decade. Some left because the sequestration politicized the service more than ever before, but many remain.
I think West Point still provides an excellent engineering/sciences education, and a phenomenal cryptography program that runs alongside anthropology.
She’s a soldier, and an educator, and a person with the credentials for the job. A broken clock can be correct twice — I don’t have anything against it, despite our awful executive branch.
Regardless, there are several candidates I’d like to see also given the nod. COL Bernard Banks is my choice; he would be an INCREDIBLE dean, given his direct combat experience and tactical command roles. He runs the Behavioral Sciences department, has quite a few metals of valor, etc. He has several advanced degrees, is a REALLY great man.
