Conservative columnist George Will is calling on the GOP to keep Donald Trump out of the White House, even if he wins the nomination.

“Donald Trump’s damage to the Republican party, although already extensive, has barely begun,” Will wrote in a new Washington Post column Saturday.

Will warns a Trump nomination would create “down-ballot carnage” that could end Republican control of the House.

What a dumbass. I would have preferred somebody other than Trump, but if he is the nominee I think he gets my vote in the general; there is no way in heck he could screw things up a tenth as badly as Hillary or Grampa Bernie. The last thing we need to do is shoot ourselves in the nose to spite our face.

If Boy George is pissed then it must be that Trump is doing something right. I hope the Trumpster turns the convention upside down.

George Will has a case of self-emplaced cranial blockage of his alimentary canal, which can be fatal.

George Will has rather sadly passed from insightful commentator to irrelevance to just plain silly.

And that is because G. Will is in favor of all those old-school conservative values — like fair play, no?

[That’s George Will, the GOP Shill.]

Nice start to what could be a very
interesting poem.

And the next line could be...

"And now we know he's crazy still!"

The GOPe has damaged itself by ignoring the will of the people for too many years. The GOPe created Trump!

The GOPe reminds me of an abusive relationship, The kind where beatings, batterings, isolation, accusations, manipulations etc go on behind closed doors.

And then comes along a family member or friend who notices, who then tells the abused person that the relationship is abusive and to get out of it, and assists in getting the abused person out.

In the mind of the abuser, this friend/family member is dangerous and needs to be stopped.

The GOPe is the abuser, the abused party is the United States (we the people...you and I), and the friend/family member is Trump.

As is typical of an abusive relationship, the abuser is going to do anything within his power to denigrate both the rescuer as well as the victim through the use of lies, deceit, threats, misrepresentations, manipulation..

Take a long hard look at what’s been going on. Isolation is a big deal in abusive relationships. The GOPe was able to accomplish this by controlling who became a politician and in what capacity, in addition to keeping the abusiveness out of the news such as rigging votes and voting machine software. Such as laws and policies which were/are unhealthy for the nation, but financially beneficial to the abusers.

Our dollars have been stolen from our wallets..like keeping a wife barefoot and pregnant.

Take a good, long, hard look at it. See it for what it is.

Along comes someone like Trump and the light of truth is shed on the evils committed against the nation. Now we see it, and furthermore, we can come out from under it.

And Cruz thought HE was the messiah...nope. Just another co-dependant to the abuse.

George Will invited OBAMA to dinner at his hour in Feb 2009.

Obama accepted the invitation & dined at George Will’s house.

Krauthammer went too.

George used to come up with some thoughtful and insightful articles - then he lost the magic jelly bean that allowed it and has been foundering and flailing for relevance ever since. Maybe he got hungry and ate it and just as it did, his writings turned to ——.

I’m not primarily (pardon the pun) a Trump supporter, but I will certainly vote for him if** he gets the nomination — as is increasingly likely. Every Republican should realize that the alternative is the certainty of 8 more years of getting jammed by the Left. George Will needs to STFU and move to Canada with the rest of the Democrats who are threatening the same. He’ll be more comfortable there.
