Honestly, no - we don’t need a single Cruz supporter of the type that will whine and take his ball and go home after not getting what he wants.

Not one. Zero. Don’t need you because there aren’t enough of you to matter.

For every Cruzicidal vote missed, 10 new independent votes will be gained from not having a candidate tied to an albatross of an outdated, stuck-on-stupid Puritan social agenda.

NOT during President Trump's FIRST TERM.

Perhaps during his SECOND TERM, depending on the 4-year actions and behavior of Senator Cruz.

IT was a STUPID/MEANT TO INCITE question to pose to Mr. Trump, but he answered it quite excellently.

A month or so ago, we were trying to tell everyone that if Cruz wanted to make a deal, he needed to do it then, rather than in a position of weakness.

He didn't. And now he can't.

He'll end up with nothing now. I don't think Trump particularly respects him, and he doesn't like him... same as everyone else.

He's certainly not going to invest political capital on his behalf.

Only complete idiots have done that and for many silly reasons. Not a one of the are conservatives, nor do they care about this nation or themselves and their family.

It is NOT the Trump supporters who are "driving you away"; it is yourselves!

You're still erroneously claiming that the GOP base supports everyone else except Trump. That is a LIE and easily proven to be one.

You people just refuse to accept reality and and trashing Trump and his supporters.

Of course I'm a Cruz supporter....have been since 2014. I certainly haven't based my support on anything going on in this election run.... serious voters generally don't wait around for the media and pundit show to feed the masses...

Cruz never considered a deal with Trump nor vice-versa. And he wouldn’t consider that any time including if Trump would be the nominee. That’s never been on the table.

Of course you are. Form your opinion early and clamp your mind shut to all new information and anyone around you who does otherwise is a brainwashed liberal or ‘trumpanzee’ or whatever pejorative you feel like hurling their way on whatever given day.

I commend you on your seriousness as a voter.

The other snowflake is trying to ‘opus’ out and can’t even get that right, which is actually really funny, so I hope he doesn’t really go.

Oh, I don't believe that for a minute. Ted Cruz is a politician. Of course he's looking for the next big thing.

It's a moot point now anyway. As I said, I don't think Cruz will have any part in a Trump administration nor do I think he's on the list for a Court appointment.

If he wants to rise, he'll need to make his bones in the Senate, assuming Texans will keep him.

....”For every Cruzicidal vote missed, 10 new independent votes will be gained”......

It won’t matter, Trumps going to walk....instead of just listening to what he’s saying watch what he’s setting up...and look further than what the media’s feeding the masses.

No, it is you and your ilk getting behind the candidate ( TRUMP !) who is going to be the nominee and for YOU to stop trashing, bashing, name calling, flinging insults and damned lies about!

Don't expect us to bow down before you, kiss your collective arses, and beg you to vote for Trump! Either you will or you'll stay home/vote third party/help the Dem candidate win. It's up to YOU!

You've blocked out all of the GREAT things about Trump and instead cling to the lies, nasty propaganda about him, and your own made up crap.

Is Trump perfect" ? Of course not, but he IS the person needed at this time, to be president!

And Cruz is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo far from "perfect", he's a disaster who has not only hurt himself and his own future, but is now on the path to try to kill off the GOP, install Hillary, and bring an end to this nation.

No, Trump says what he means; he’s blunt, he’s a true patriot, and he LOVES this nation. It is you who refuses to see reality. It is you who chooses to believe the lies you make up tell others. It is you who is the problem and not the answer to anything at all.

Why...because that is what YOU say?

You don't know Cruz.

You refuse to see him for what and who he actually is.

You have less than no idea, none at all, about anything either man thinks, feels, knows, is prepared to do.

Just as Trump is a different type of political candidate so is Ted Cruz....and make no mistake Trump is political and has been his entire life.

If one goes all the way back to see the trajectory Cruz has been on you also see not only an agenda but a clear motive....and it’s not just being successful in his vocations, (which all men desire), but a clear headed mindset regarding our country, it’s people and the Constitution.

Trump has been toying around with running for political office for a good part of his life. He’s never taken a position of office where what he claims now he could have made a difference, or for that matter even when he was a demorat all those years. So why didn’t he?

I don’t think Cruz is at all concerned about what’s ahead should he not be the nominee, the target is the Presidency and no doubt he’s looking at the general election ahead once the primary is a done deal.

I’m also sure he and his wife considered what he would do if he did not meet his target BEFORE he declared his run. So all the talk about where he will be, even now, is really what is moot....race is still on ...there is no nominee.
