Ward Clobbers McCain in AZGOP Straw Poll
Kelli Ward Campaign ^ | 5/4/2016 | Press Release

Posted on 05/05/2016 5:50:52 AM PDT by mac_truck

Dr. Kelli Ward clobbered 30 year incumbent John McCain 75% to 11% in the straw poll sponsored by the Maricopa County Young Republican Professionals at Saturday’s Arizona Republican State Convention. The poll was not paid for or conducted in coordination with any campaign.

McCain has previously been censured by the Arizona Republican Party for abandoning conservative values and being “eerily silent against Liberals,” while publicly reprimanding conservatives in his own party.

After 34 years, Arizona Republicans can see right through his six year cycle of campaign conservatism. They’ve had enough of his broken promises and the constant compromise and capitulation coming from John McCain’s Washington.

That’s why grassroots conservatives are getting behind Dr. Kelli Ward. Her real life experience outside of politics as a military wife, mother of three, and family doctor is why she will be Bold, Fresh, and Fearless in championing conservative values and representing AZ in DC, not the other way around.

She’s not the only one. Third party is the new movement.

This scenario needs to be repeated over and over again, claiming as its victims, the career/professional politicians who are the bane of our society.

I agree with the premise, but McCain isn't gone yet.

Although this straw poll is indicative of the direction, there's lots more work to be done.

McCain should read the tea leaves and take the honorable way out.

Kelli Ward knows the cost of running a National race. My wish and prayer is she can get enough support to run effectively, and that on winning she will not ever suffer the character cost.

The AZ GOP convention poll “might” be accurate - it was at a state convention after all which would be filled with either (1) enthusiastic “Dumb McCain” long-time supporters who have voted for him and worked for him all of their political lives. But their opinions might not be the AZ voters’ opinions. ...
or
(2) enthusiastic “Dump McCain” new opposers and opponents who came to the convention specifically to knock him off. Might not be the average AZ voter opinion though.

McCain is infamous for being pro-amnesty, pro-Mexican illegal alien. Not the right time for that in a border state. Except among democrats.

Open primary? Or are democrat excluded from picking a repubbie candidate?

Jan Brewer was on CNN this morning promoting a third party candidate.

WTF? Are you positive?

Jan Brewer endorses Donald Trump

Here’s a tweet with video from the Bill Kristol segment on CNN.

I don’t see Jan Brewer. Maybe the poster had her confused with the CNN anchor Alison Camerota—LOL!

I’d like to see Jan Brewer endorse Kelli Ward as well.

It might be for her to get back at the GOP insiders who slighted her.

No one deserves to be Cantorized more than McAmnesty.

I hope this straw poll is reflective of actual voting.

“My friends: Bennett in Utah just died at age 82.”

My friends, the other turd in the Utah Senate punchbowl, Urine Hatch is also 82, and he has two more years to go on his current term. The old rat bastard has been in the Senate for FORTY YEARS this coming January! He is currently the second longest “serving” Senator behind Patrick “leaky Leahy. Leahy has been there for FORTY-TWO YEARS! Voters are the problem. These two should have been gone a couple of decades ago.

Just last week she was decrying how Trump got robbed of AZ delegates.

Wow. I guess someone got to her, perhaps with a checkbook.

It is weird. I’d love to see how that went down...or if it isn’t being misunderstood.
