Well, history “is what it is”. He WAS “IMPEACHED” and he escaped conviction in the Senate by only 1 vote. He paid one woman for raping her and so on and so on. And, he lost his law license but so what, who would hire him anyway.
You raise a good question about “is an FBI “interview” the same as a “deposition?” I think the answer to that is Yes but with the qualifier that one ingredient of a true “deposition” is that the party in question must be under oath. Maybe some lawyer on tonight can verify or reject that.
