So many great cities have become hellholes.
How does locking a door prevent them from shooting through the window?
We are taking a road trip out west, I told my wife we were not going through any state that didn’t honor our carry permits.

It was still far from what he could have been sentenced to serve; it sent a message, but not a strong one.
We don’t have many red-light cameras in my area (I believe they were challenged after a few when up, so a hold was placed on adding more); I’ve adjusted my driving based on the assumption that ALL intersections have them because I’ve had a couple of co-workers describe getting tickets from them. It takes time, but you get used to it; I’ve cut it close a few times and expected something to show up in the mail (because there are gadgets all over various intersections now), but nothing ever arrived...
This #### deblasio lowered speed limit to 25 on same MAIN roads and put speed cameras everywhere.
Got so mad, swung at one with a bat a few times lol.

That is a pain in the rear; he’s obviously catering to his pedestrian base (as people who bother registering and insuring a car have little use for him). In my area over the past couple of years we’ve had four-way stops pop up for the first time, as well as “no turn on red” signs at many intersections with a traffic signal. Our cops are fairly mellow with this stuff (warnings instead of tickets, for example), so it really appears that safety is the goal instead of revenue. It is probably stemming from the fact that there is an increasing number of pedestrian Third Worlders filling the area...

Where are the Baltimore police? Oh yeah, they’re afraid to go out on the street, or to treat criminals a bit too roughly.
Harder to do in MD than almost anyplace in the US. NJ,. HI, and population centers in CA are about as bad.
The real deal is to move someplace sane.
If you drive north or south along the east coast, you pretty much have to take I-95. I-95 goes right through Baltimore (and DC and Philadelphia/Trenton). Sure, you don't have to get off the interstate, but you will still be in the vicinity.
Use something like rubber cement to cover the lens.
She did her best Cagney and Lacey impression, crouched behind open door with her Charter Arms Bulldog 44 aimed center mass. When he saw it he tried to stop or reverse and sat down hard in the middle of the street. She told him to stay where he was until the cops got there, which he did.
Long story short he told the cop she had a gun and the female cop said "Well, then you're lucky she didn't shoot your dumb ass". It was not mentioned in the accident report.
