Once March came around and it was pretty obvious that Cruz could not win it, any continued support of him only helped Hillary, no matter what the intent of that support was. Some of the big money folks can do what they always do and rake in money via a "manipulated" stock market and with the aid of bought and paid for politicians. No surprise they prefer Hillary to Trump but it is cause for pause to wonder how a Cruz donor could make the leap to Hillary's campaign w/o having preferred her all along.
Donald Trump donated twice as much to Republicans as he did Democrats, but don’t let that get in your way.
Sort of gives the lie to the idea that Cruz supporters were “principled, constitutional conservatives,” eh?
