It looks like the white population of South Africa should have a “Day without a white man day”, when white people stay home and blacks get to see what it would be like to have a South Africa without whites to keep a modern society going.
However, in the northern region of South Africa, the Venda tribe which used to have its own “Republic of Venda” under the apartheid system, is asserting its power over the Tsonga people. Three districts previously under Tsonga control have been incorporated into the Venda-ruled territory, leading to the current rioting and burning of schools, post offices and government buildings.

Most probably, the schools will be rebuilt and funding will be taken away from majority-white Afrikaans schools to pay for the damages.
As in the US, when the ferals burn things, they AREN'T "burning their own neighborhoods". Blacks mostly DON'T own the buildings they burn.
The burning is their way of "sticking it to Whitey".
