That is really what this is coming down to. Can you have sex segregated bathrooms, locker rooms, etc, or not. They cannot just make an exception for transsexuals. The logistics of that would require some sort of certification, and the trannys would not go for that. This is a question that never crossed the minds of the framers of the 1964 civil rights act or of title 9 of the 1972 education amendments act. At that time, stuff like this was too far out there to even consider.
The states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect the PC rights of the confused, misguided victims of LGBT indoctrination. So regardless what the corrupt, state sovereignty-ignoring Congress is letting the lawless Obama Administration get away with saying about the issue, the states are free to require citizens to identify with the biological sex that they were born with.

When patriots elect Trump they also need to elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its Section 8-limited powers to support the new president, including putting a stop to unconstitutional federal government attacks on state sovereignty.
Also consider that such a Congress would probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.

If the perverts were smart, they’d start insisting that they “feel” like minors, therefore they aren’t guilty of child molesting since they are children themselves. It would probably work on liberal law-makers.
Better yet is to feel like a refugee. No income taxes for seven years, free health care, free housing, free food and a monthly payment of $1500 for other expenses.
We moved from our home of 20 years to a nearby community because of a very public and unjust persecution by a former employer. We really do feel like refugees.
