I hope and expect that DJT knows that in his meeting Thursday with Paul Ryan, he will actually be speaking to Mitt Romney’s rear end.
Except as a rolling disaster and vote suppressor, he has NEVER been relevant on the national stage.
Mitt is just living up to mormon belief, expecting to be a "savior" of the country...and world!
I don't know how Cruz was fooled into the "Mormon Plan" by Glenn Beck.

"You and each of you covenant and promise before God, angels, and these witnesses at this altar, that you do accept the Law of Consecration as contained in the Doctrine and Covenants, in that you do consecrate yourselves, your time, talents, and everything with which the Lord has blessed you, or with which he may bless you, to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, for the building up of the Kingdom of God on the earth and for the establishment of Zion."
Thus, he MUST do everything he can to bring about the Kingdom of God on earth and the “establishment of Zion” - which is the political form of the Kingdom. You must also realize that Mormons have been positioning themselves in government for decades. A disproportionate number of FBI agents, CIA agents, State Department people and other government officials are loyal LDS. At one time, three of the Joint Chiefs of Staff were loyal Mormons.
Whether or not any of this actually happens in this way is obviously up to the LORD, and to his prophecies concerning Anti-Christ.. But well-trained temple Mormons believe it is literally their manifest destiny to rescue the United States and bring about the Kingdom of God on earth, with their prophet as its head.

Romney and Paul Ryan are in cahoots. This latest broadside against Trump and his tax returns is not by coincidence. Romney intentionally unleashed his attack the day before Ryan and Trump are meeting in Washington DC. He is trying to soften Trump up with dirty gut punches so that Ryan has more verbal leverage in the talks with Trump. Showing Trump that the volleys against him will be numerous and vicious if Trump doesn’t play ball.
What Romney/Ryan and Company don’t seem to fully realize is that Trump is the master of the double down, and is equally willing to hit below the belt if crossed. Trump is exactly what we need, a street fighter equally willing to get down in the gutter and fight fire with fire, be it against Hillary, the Dems, RINOs/GOPe, MSM, CruzBots, whomever. Thank goodness we have a White Knight willing to fight the enemy, be it within or without America.
I’m not sure how many folks realize what a thin line now exists between our country going over the edge into third world classification, or emering with a new energy and motivation to Make America Great Again. Don’t blow it people. You are dangling by a thread.
