The bad legal news for Hillary Clinton continued to cascade upon her presidential hopes during the past week in what has amounted to a perfect storm of legal misery. Here is what happened.
Last week, Mrs. Clinton’s five closest advisers when she was Secretary of State, four of whom remain close to her and have significant positions in her presidential campaign, were interrogated by the FBI. These interrogations were voluntary, not under oath, and done in the presence of the same legal team which represented all five aides.
The atmosphere was confrontational, as the purpose of the interrogations is to enable federal prosecutors and investigators to determine whether these five are targets or witnesses. Stated differently, the feds need to decide if they should charge any of these folks as part of a plan to commit espionage, or if they will be witnesses on behalf of the government should there be such a prosecution; or witnesses for Mrs. Clinton.

Nobody within the Clinton Team (since 1980) has ever voluntarily yielded.
Those within the Clinton Team who we believe had regrets or who were even thinking about having regrets .... have been killed. Died. Or were found dead.
That is not what the Hillary cabal fears; they do not want to renounce the political world they have believed in, and ostensibly broken laws to build. They are drunk with power and want to do more.
If Clinton wins, she will fire and hire in the FBI ranks, from top to bottom to achieve diversity, relying on the Democrat Senators and the MSM to defend her from impeachment.
I’m not sure about Hillary willingly disclosing classified info for money. She was using her office to get countries and individuals approvals and access they needed in turn for remuneration laundered through the Canadian charity.
OTOH having been the first “lady” was she that stupid to not consider her email server wasn’t open to the world? She comes across as an extremely self-centered individual that believes she’s the best and brightest.
There’s something deficient in her personality. The ease with which she lies and prevaricates is astounding. I think she’s gotten to the point she believes her nonsense. She’s wrapped up in a reality of her own construction.
The short answer is she’s a sociopath. The long answer is much more involved.
She can still take the fifth. The problem is the Judicial Watch lawsuit is civil not criminal. If Mills won’t answer there, she’s in contempt of court. I have no doubt the FBI will be monitoring that too.
So who-ever comes forward had better get one heck of a sweet wit-sec deal. Of course, all these people are in danger already. Many of those 46 known bodies were merely a potential threat to Bill & Hillary criminal enterprises Inc. Apparently if you're a Clinton confidant your only safe moves are to stay close, stay loyal; or make a clean break and run for protection.

What we’re seeing with the Clinton’s is boarding house reach. They went too far. It involved too many and they made a bad decision using the private server. The wunderkind they hired as their IT guy ended up screwing them. He should have told them they were opening a window to the world and exposing everything on the server to anyone.
Hillary may have thought she got a bargain for $5,000. She got way more than she bargained for.
The FBI has previously commented that among the most ethically challenged Hillary emails dealt w/ "Selling Access."
HERE'S HOW THE CLINTONS SCREWED AFRICA OUT OF ITS OWN VALUABLE RESOURCES: The head of a Canadian company with an enormous interest in Africa....in the Congo's mining and oil sector.....Lukas Lundin of Lundin Mining.....announced a $100 million donation to the Clinton Foundation on the heels of Hillary/s first presidential campaign....as she became Secy of State.
After the Congolese government attempted to regain control of its own mines, the State Department intervened on behalf of Lundin Mining and another mining company, Freeport Mines, also a Clinton foundation donor.
A round of talks in 2010, thought to be aided by the Clinton State Department, concluded with the pair of well- connected companies (Clinton Foundation donors) retaining their stakes in the mines and with the Congolese government being shut out of its own resources. A key aide of Hillary Clinton emailed classified information about the government in Congo to a staffer at the Clinton Foundation in 2012, according to a copy of the correspondence obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.
Cheryl Mills, Clinton/s chief of staff at the State Department, sent the email to the Clinton Foundation’s foreign policy director, Amitabh Desai, on July 12, 2012.
The message, which was originally obtained by the group Citizens United through a public records request, is partially redacted because it includes foreign government information that has been classified Confidential by the State Department......but was not marked classified by the State Department until this past summer.
Intelligence sources tell the Free Beacon that it would have been classified at the time Mills sent it because foreign government information is considered classified from inception.
The message could add to concerns from congressional and FBI investigators about whether former Secretary Clinton and her aides mishandled classified information while at the State Department.
About half of the forwarded message was redacted due to its classified nature before the State Department released it to Citizens United last month.
Although it is not clear what the redacted section includes, the State Department said in a court motion filed last week that it concerns both foreign government information and critical aspects of U.S. foreign relations, including U.S. foreign activities carried out by officials of the U.S. Government.
The State Department added that the disclosure of this information has the potential to damage and inject friction into our bilateral relationship with African countries whose cooperation is important to U.S. national security.
The Clinton Foundation and the State Department did not respond to request for comment about the email, or say whether Desai...a non-government employee who has worked at the foundation since 2007....would have been authorized to view Confidential information.

Alana Goodman of the Washington Free Beacon details how Cheryl Mills, Hillary Clinton’s longtime underling, apparently collected a paycheck from New York University at the same time she was serving as Chief of Staff of the State Department.
According to the article: After joining the State Department in the beginning of 2009, Mills continued to serve as general counsel for New York University for several months. She also sat on the board of the “NYU in Abu Dhabi Corporation,” the fundraising arm for the university’s UAE satellite campus. The school is bankrolled by the Abu Dhabi government and has been criticized by NYU professors and human rights activists for alleged labor abuses.
The UAE is a major funder of the Clinton Foundation, on whose board Mills sat. The article quotes NLPC Chairman Ken Boehm:
“Federal of conflict interest statutes are very strict, and they want to ensure that federal employees, especially very senior special employees like Cheryl Mills, do not have any conflicts of interest in any matter that they have a hand in,” said Boehm. “Given her position, the dual position of counselor and chief of staff, presumably she would have access to almost any decision of importance that came out of the State Department.”

The Judge and everyone on this thread speaks logic and the rule of law.
Unfortunately, this is Obama-Clinton America. All that matters is whether Hillary has enough information to blackmail Obama. The more she has, the more likely she’ll get elected President. If she has just a little, she’ll get pardoned.
All this leaking might lead one to the conclusion that DOJ is trying to avoid the obvious misdeeds of Hillary and the FBI is making sure enough information gets out there that the DOJ cant ignore the obvious.
