The Obama administration is planning to issue a sweeping directive telling every public school district in the country to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match their gender identity.

A letter to school districts will go out Friday, adding to a highly charged debate over transgender rights in the middle of the administration’s legal fight with North Carolina over the issue.

If I had kids in school today, I would either send them to a charter school or home school, NO public schools for my kids. You can bet there more yet to come! I doubt Charter or even private schools are immune if they get any federal funds at all.

Wonder if there will be a line drawn at America’s bathroom doors and what it means. All restrooms replaced by individual, single occupancy facilities, like on a bus, train or airplane? Boon for union construction jobs. No more urinal troughs.

This was done as a Friday document dump kind of decision. The backlash from this is going to be fierce, because now it's not just some abstraction that a department store has foolishly decided to join in with.

I always liked the saying, "A conservative is a liberal with a daughter in high school". I have Democrat friends with a teenage son that they always worry about and hover over. This is going to get interesting quick.

They are not, Title 9 is the answer why. That is why the likes of Hillsdale College do not take any Federal Funds.

I know for a fact, Charters had to "obey" Moochelle's food directives, including no bake sales for you!" mentality.

Until the State of MI via a local activist and a wonderful Legislator got a bill passed to allow 3 a week, 10 Amendment I'll assume.

So does every State now have to pass a law stopping this madness?
