Barack Obama's transgender regime has officially carried its demands for your child's compliance with sexual deviancy to the level of an imperial directive:
Public schools must permit transgender students to use bathrooms and locker rooms consistent with their gender identity, according to an Obama administration directive issued amid a court fight between the federal government and North Carolina.The Department of Justice, which apparently now means primarily "social justice," aka cultural Marxism, is joining the Department of Education -- a thoroughly anti-constitutional entity the continued existence of which represents the greatest failure of the Reagan presidency -- to complete American compulsory schooling's true, original, and essential mission: the reduction of the population to a confused, helpless mass of spiritually unindividuated "worker units" for the benefit of a permanent corporate-political ruling elite.The guidance from leaders at the departments of Education and Justice says public schools are obligated to treat their transgender students in a way that matches their gender identity, even if their education records or identity documents indicate a different sex.

Hey, don’t kid yourselves, gender fluid humans today but tomorrow it could be anything. Slippery slope.
This discussion should not be focused on simply toilet logistics. The accommodations for locker rooms do pose tremendous challenges economically to schools if any molecule of privacy is to be retained between the genders.
Decent schools can beat this by scheduling their transvestites to use the girl’s shower room at a different time than the normal kids.
So, how is this going to work? Are students going to have to register their gender identity with the office? Will this information be put on their ID card?
If not, how will this policy be enforced?
Watching the news this morning with my 17 year old daughter as she was getting ready for school... She heard this, poked her head out the bathroom door and yelled...” It’s a high school!!! You really think that’s gonna end well??? That’s so stupid!” Slam!

The family of Joan Rivers settles a multi-million dollar wrongful death lawsuit against a medical clinic in New York which it blamed for her death in 2014.
Rivers died days after she suffered a cardiac arrest while undergoing a routine procedure to examine her throat.
Her family had claimed the Yorkville Endoscopy Centre performed unauthorized procedures on the comedian.
It also alleged the clinic failed to take appropriate action when her vital signs weakened.
The family said it was pleased with the settlement but did not reveal the amount.

The real question is neither bathrooms nor locker rooms, it is the real distinctions between the sexes. Sorry to be pedantic but people do not have genders, words do. People have a biological sex. For the last hundred years, with the birth of the Feminist movement, there has been a determined effort to deny the real differences between the sexes and the roles they play in both the family and in society. The use of the term "gender" rather than "sex" is a part of this effort to say that "gender identity" is merely a social construct that has no relation to one's biological sex. This really started to gain ground with the Sexual Revolution and Women's "Emancipation". The present push for the recognition of "Transgenderism" is just the end game to force everyone to accept this ideology.

I was reading the first chapter of Proverbs, the last half is a real warning of what is coming since we, as a country, have tried to eliminate God and wisdom from society.
Most of us do not agree with all the changes that have been made, but have done little to nothing to prevent the change from taking place. Trumps attitude has seemed to strengthen some peoples’ backbone, helping them to stand up to the ones who are determined to destroy what made this country great, it is a welcome change. I pray it spreads like wildfire throughout the nation.
Eisenhower had a heart attack while he was president. There was a lot of angst about replacing a disabled president. We certainly now have a mentally unstable leader who qualifies as disabled.
Maybe some of the old timers remember more of the history and know who has the responsibility for such a removal?

We may find out when the oldest one starts college in 2017. For now, I’m sure they don’t need to use public facilities.. Their private school isn’t funded by the feds either so they can’t cut funds off if they refuse to follow the new PROCLAMATION!

I’m sorry but they are going to have to come up with some new terminology because their gender identity already tells us who these female/women - male/men are. I know a female when I see one and I know a male when I see one but I sure as heck can’t tell you what a “transgender” is!
They chose “pro-choice” while advocating for abortion because the “pro-abortion” phrase told us they thought murdering babies was perfectly ok. For some reason they took objection to the truth.
Every woman who has to stand in line at the women’s restroom can now just waltz into a men’s restroom and be out in a jiffy instead of the long wait? Super!
Back to the drawing board, you imbeciles! No matter how you slice it, it does not make any sense now and never will!
