It neither breaks my leg nor picks my pocket if a woman covers her hair for religious reasons. I’m not entitled to rip that covering off and neither was he.

Nah. If they want to accept the received wisdom of a Bedouin pedo then that’s their problem. It’s none of my business. Me and mine keep our own faith that doesn’t come from such suspect sources.
