A new voter survey conducted for Fox 12 and Oregon Public Broadcasting shows ...

According to the results from DHM Research, if the primary vote tallies match typical numbers, Clinton could beat Sanders by 15 percent.

Though gender seems to play little role in voter preference, voters are split by age when it comes to candidate support. In voters older than 45, Clinton sees twice the support of Sanders, but in those younger than 45, the Vermont senator has three times the support as the former secretary of state.

Clinton is also polling stronger with those who vote more frequently, as well as those who have already returned their ballots.

The research also looked at a "high turnout" model, where younger voters voted at similar rates to older voters and new and infrequent voters went to the polls at historic levels, and while Sanders closed the gap, Clinton still is polling ahead 45 percent to 38 percent.

Presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump clearly tops the GOP race, with 45 percent of Republicans polled saying they will support the front-runner.

Senator Ted Cruz and Governor John Kasich are both still on Oregon ballots,

“Trump will beat hillary like a deaf mule in Oregon.”

By the time Trump gets through with Hillary a lot of dimoKKKRATS will just sit out the election. Some of the Bernie supporters will vote for Trump.

Trump v. Hillary is going to be like Chuck Norris pistol-whipping a little, blind match girl.
She won’t even see it coming.

I agree. I think Trump will take Oregon.

Of course, the blue parts — Portland, Eugene and Ashland will go for their favorite dimwit.

When Bernie loses the primary to Hillary, a LOT of Bernie voters will cross the aisle to vote for Trump in the general election.

Will it be enough to overcome the historic level of vote fraud that Hillary will pull off?

I don’t know.

Good thing neither they nor ISIS know that Portland houses the Headquarters for all Crusader forces across the globe.

Oregon Public Broadcasting. Uh huh.

Who did they poll, their subscriber list?

Nobody should be surprised that a Dem would beat an R in Oregon. But IMO the entire poll should be looked at skeptically because HRC shouldn’t be beating Bern by such a wide margin.

Regardless, nobody should be surprised if HRC wins. Yawn. If she does not, however, she’s headed for oblivion.

Hard to tell. But I’m thinking that Trump will take almost all the states like Reagan did.

We are tired of Obama and we don’t want more of the same with Hillary.

just because I haven’t said this in the past few days, I will say it once more. Hillary won’t beat anyone cause she won’t be running. she gets indicted, and then she gets out. they will drag crazy Joe out of the attic.

What this means is, Hillary will be slaughtered by Trump in the General election. Too many Sanders supporters, who will either stay home, or are cooling their heels in jail after rioting at the Democratic National Convention, or voting for Trump. She is doomed.

Meh, key is that Cankles is getting 76% of Dem voters in general, Trump only getting 66% of Republican voters. If Trump merely consolidates the GOP vote to 80% he wins. At 85%, it’s a blowout.

Hillary Clinton’s life is about uncontrolled greed and self gratification through unchallenged power. Since her early days as a political activist and serial criminal, her behavior has been one of vindictive persecution of anyone who disagreed with her or dared to challenge her lawless behavior.

One of the horrible dangers of unchallenged power is the ability of unscrupulous and immoral people to use the powers of the D.C. leviathan against helpless citizens.

We are now on the verge of testing how many American voters are gullible enough to be coerced by a deceptive media and accept a picture of Donald Trump whom they know little about and are unwilling to study on their own.

Coincidentally, we will see if they are willing to hand Hillary Clinton the ultimate power over the Justice Department, the IRS, the EPA and other agencies of potential diabolical action with which to exact her own brand of vengeance against those who would dare oppose her or her self imposed policies as we are all fully aware that she and he husband have done in the past.

That’s interesting. I know several people who’ve moved to the Tigard and Beaverton areas for jobs with salaries well into the six figures. I’m guessing few of them are on welfare.

Trump will win with more than 60-70% now that Cruz and Kasich are out of the race.

Oregon is a vote by mail state. The last day counties had before they were required to mail the ballots out was May 3, when Trump won Indiana. Cruz dropped out that day. Kay-sick the next. Some counties likely sent out the ballots before that day. It's possible there were some ballots returned prior to Cruz and Kasich dropping out. That may erode into Trump's margin a bit.
