I’m starting to like more and more the idea of only having a single non-gender pronoun to refer to everyone by.

The whole masculine/feminine la/le never made any damned sense in French, and I’m starting to think that all this complicated crap could be avoided by having a non-gender pronoun and scrap all the others, including this new garbage.
