An issue brief published on Tuesday by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control claimed that that Southerners' "racism," and "homophobia" may be causing high HIV rates in the South that are disproportionately high among African-Americans and homosexuals.

The CDC claims that one of the "factors driving the Southern HIV epidemic" could be the apparent bigotry of Southerners.
"Issues such as homophobia and transphobia, racism, and general discomfort with public discussion of sexuality may be more widespread in the South and can lead to higher levels of stigma," the CDC claims. And increased levels of stigma - according to the CDC brief - "may limit people’s willingness to seek HIV testing, care, or prevention services."

Say what? How does a higher rate of transmitting HIV relate to bigotry? Seems like they may be way too tolerant if so many more are contracting it.....

It is more like you can blame the fact that HALF their population have been in PRISON, or long JAIL stretches, and bring home HIV to their spouses or others. And the spouses are NOT informed the just released inmate has HIV, it voids the HIPPA privacy code, never mind it opens up others from getting HIV from the creeps. Goes for females and males.

Hey genius leftist a-holes I challenge you to come into our southern neighborhoods and look for HIV positive gay men and try to find them especially in small town America. You’ll be lucky if you find any but go back to your own Rat infested metrosexual cities and I bet you can find them on every corner. It’s because real men don’t engage in “the gay”. At one time in my life I had a job where I was around the gay parts of one city. I saw a lot of really offensive and disgusting perv behavior. One thing I can tell you that is for sure. The gays have a screw loose when it comes to sex. They are constantly in search of male butt secks. They are sick and twisted. If you had worked in the part of town I had to work in you would have no doubt they will molest young boys any chance they get. If they tell you that gay men are only interested in men their own age they are liars.
If there were MORE stigma attached to those activities which CAUSE the spread of HIV there would be a DECREASE in the incidence thereof!

I think homos in general are sex-obsessed. It doesn’t just drive them, it DEFINES them. All they are are their sexual passions, unrestrained by any sense of decency, morality, or even self-preservation. It’s like a never-ending rutting season.
If they are aware of “the stigma” then they are aware of “the AIDS”. Since they are aware of the AIDS before they get the AIDS, how is it any one else’s fault that they get the AIDS?
It seems to me that there is a reason for “stigmas” and somehow stigmas have been made to be irrational and unreasonable. Isn’t it quite the opposite? Stigmas can be useful warnings. Has reducing the stigma of say being on welfare, reduced the number of people on welfare? Nope, it has encouraged more people to be on the welfare. Look how welfare delivery systems have been developed to reduce the stigma.
We need more and stronger stigmas to allow for a more self regulating society.
