Bill Cosby admitted to plying teens with booze and drugs before having sex with them, and to having girls regularly dispatched to him by a modeling agency, newly unearthed court papers show.

The comic said that at one point in his career, the agency would provide “five or six” young women each week, according to depositions he gave in 2005 and 2006 for a lawsuit.

Among other revelations made by Cosby under questioning by lawyers for Andrea Constand, who claims he sexually assaulted her in 2004, was the description of a 1976 encounter with a 19-year-old model named Therese Picking.

He had a civil case like 10 years ago which was sealed in a deal that he admitted to some stuff in exchange for immunity of some sort. That was prior to the statute of limitations expiring. This year the DA decided to dump the immunity deal and since he said this under oath prior to the statute expiring, he argues the statute no longer applies and he charged Cosby.

Cosby is clearly a scumbag. But note that the authorities all knew this info and is only going after him now because of the publicity.

The charges were brought in December 2015 for a case where the statute of limitations ran out in January 2016. They get the case going just in time.

Cosby will die of old age before this ever gets through all the appeals that are guaranteed to occur as a result of DA’s novel legal strategy.

The process is the punishment and the DA obviously has political ambitions.

Cosby is a slug, but the DA is doing harm to the law and the rights of all the rest of us in his pursuit of fame.
