I travel to NYC frequently. I went last week and there were an alarming amount of bums laying in Penn Station. I lived in NYC pre and post Rudy. The city is beginning to look like it did in the early 80’s except now the majority of the population are foreigners.

I was in Ft Hamilton 1996-1999 and back again in 2001-2003. My wife was a reservist in NY City back in 1984-1986. Saw both sides of the Guilani era. They will piss away the work he did and have to elect another to get it back on track.
