You're probably right, but if the FBI does request indictments and the DOJ does not act on the findings, what the FBI knows will end up being leaked.

Perjury, obstruction of justice/investigation, tampering w/evidence, conspiracy, influence peddling...and so on will destroy her campaign for president.

As far as I'm concerned...it'll be mission accomplished. Hill and Bill will never see the white house again.

I believe the Clinton Family Foundation pre-dates HRC’s first run for Prez (although it originally was called something else). Also, I think that kind of scheming is the Clintons’ forte, not Obama’s. Finally, I think Obama had zero guilt about beating out HRC for the nomination. He didn't like her then, and he detests her now.

My question: If the FBI finds that Hillary should face charges for her reckless abandon for rules and regulations regarding EMails and protecting Classified Information and the Attorney General decides not to bring charges will they not set new precedent for the over 21 million other government workers?

Not to mention those already convicted and sentenced for similar activity.

"Precedent" in legal terms involves court decisions, so the DOJ's declining to bring formal charges *in this case* doesn't factor in. Prosecutorial discretion is often abused for political reasons.
