Sorry Kaslin. You clearly put a lot of work into the post.

Can you filter it down for those of us with ADD?

What what was it that ONLY Limbaugh said about the press conference?

Sorry for the extra work.

Not Kaslin, but I'll take a stab at it. It was this:

RUSH ARCHIVE: How many years have people been begging for a Republican to just once take on the media the way Trump did, all the way from the premise to the details, to the motivation.

No one elese was saying this. They were all saying Trump was disrespectful and unpresidential. Meanwhile, the vast majority of folks--who incidentally HATE the media(12% approval nationally)--were cheering. Someone, FINALLY, took them on hard.

Nice one PJ — that is exactly the situation and nobody in the MSM should be stupid enough to not realize it. And with that, look at the personality they are dealing with.

Yes!!!

Yeah, I heard how Fox News covered Trump. It was all about how Trump had to be ‘shamed’ into donating the money. It was an echo chamber all over the news channels, the new and old media, the “fair and balanced” liars singing in harmony with the MSM. It was sickening. And Krauthammer can kiss my ass.

Bret Baier does not like Trump... and I’ve taken a real dislike to baier. I used to think he was a nice guy and now I see him as a revengeful, power happy, ugly person. I also used to watch Fox News because they were the only media I could stomach. This election has REALLY separated the sheep from the goats.. and I am finding there are more goats than I ever realized before... before Trump.
I wish someone would ask Bret what he has against Trump.. because by this time, it’s obvious to everyone that has a brain and loves this country that Trump is a better pick than any of the other candidates... by far.. there is no comparison. To see anyone who I thought was on the right, think of voting for hillary is such a shock that I have to rethink just about who all those people are to vote for a liar, a felon, who hates people and will do this country in at first chance... all for personal gain.

They do not know? of course they know... so what does that say about who THEY are! There isn’t any news fit to watch any more... fox thinks they are number one.. ONLY if the rest are subzero... then number one isn’t so hot. Seems the goats are more like obama than they are Trump... which is stunning news to me since all this happened.

Rush always comes around to right place once the nomination is a done deal.
Rush can just go golfing until November now... since Trump is the new attack dog, go to guy, and best candidate all in one.

“Rush sure does love to hear his name being mentioned on television.”

Everyone likes to know they’re right, particularly when it is true, and particularly when nobody else is right.

If the left had any brains, and they aren’t stupid, they’d be listening and adapting what Rush is trying to hand them on a silver platter.

They won’t, particularly because they are not in a position to do anything about it. Hillary is holding the knife and has been caught over the dead guy, blood dripping from it.

Press can’t do much about that.

The media would have gone after whichever republican was nominated with zeal. The fact that they’re going after trump for not being presidential like GWB or Reagan is irrelevant. If it werJeb they’d be going after some goofy statement he made. If it were Cruz it’d be some religious thing, Rubio, it’d be some other thing etc...

Attacking the Republcian candidate is what the media does. They’ve just never had one fight back before.

I think we need to follow the money. Somehow all these anti-Trump people are somehow going to lose a lot. That is the only thing that explains their panic at Trump being elected. They never give a rational for not supporting Trump. I was so upset with Cavuto and Baier spouted Mitt Romney’s words about Trump tax returns not being released because it would prove his net worth was less than Trump said. A real newsman would have asked how looking at a tax return told you anything about net worth. They are all part of the problem.

Fox and Baier are reporting anything negative about Trump as if it’s true. I’ve never seen Fox like this... not even with the democrats or obama... I turn it off. I don’t understand the hatred... the animosity against Trump isn’t going to end... what is their beef?

How dare this man who is brash and unsophisticated by their standards, become the President they have to give him respect the office demands. How dare this man who has not been given permission by them, to do what he’s done... and how dare he take out their man, Jeb.. and then Rubio.

I have thought it would be easy to turn this mess around.. just by being honest and doing things legally/right and not letting those now in charge get their way. That hasn’t been tried for a very long time... maybe not ever. I see Trump getting it fixed in a hurry.. and I don’t think people like Bret or Fox, want to see anything honest happen... I think they are all in the tank for whatever they can get.

Yea, it’s humiliating isn’t it. Trump is a maverick who is never going to fit in with those elitists. I just never knew Fox was one of those we were fighting against.. until they showed their colors... and it’s disappointing.

Actually so many people have shown there true colors. The conservative landscape is forever altered. I now believe that Trump is the true conservative, not any of these people. I look at Mark Levin and Trump has the promise of doing everything he has preached and written books about and he is so against Trump. Destroyed his career totally.

“Destroyed his career totally. “

A pity. Well, not really.

No brainer. Trump scored by slamming the media. Only the media, sympathetic to itself, thinks Trump stepped in it.

Yeah, like Trump said he thinks Krystol is a loser. So the “interviewer” (propagandist) asks, ‘How can you bring the party together when you reject conservatives?” Trump never said that - not even close. He directed his comment at a particular loser.

I am really weary of the lying and spinning of propagandists.

BROWNSTEIN: I had a conversation -- interesting conversation -- during the primaries with Alex Castellanos, who is a longtime Republican consultant. And he was puzzling himself over why Donald Trump was able to hold so much support among conservatives despite all his deviations from conservative orthodoxy.

Perhaps Brownstein should re-examine what constitutes "conservative orthodoxy", because to an increasing extent, it's TRUMP who is defining orthodoxy.

How is his Cruz fixated audience taking this favorable assessment of Trump?

Rush sounds surprised by Trump’s performance.
