California Climate Science Truth and Accountability Act of 2016
Truth? They can't HANDLE the truth! So they make "laws" to go after "dissenters". How cute.

Stephen Frank . . . called the bill a totalitarian statement by Democrats that the First Amendment is now dead. To the extent that the democrats are saying this, it's the first time they have told the truth in generations. The First, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments are dead, and they are now trying to murder the Second and Fourth through Eighth Amendments.

I’ll gladly wear the star, or a big yellow “CD” on my arm. Let ‘em come for me. This is absolutely the more head-on assault on the first amendment in my lifetime. Nothing close.

If passed, it will be headed for the courts, and make it all the way to SCOTUS. Gov. Moonbeam will be enriching the states coffers in the meantime.
No wonder these people don’t care about Hillary’s racketeering.

“Wow, how anyone could live in that state escapes me.”
In my final job I dealt with a director of a Fortune 500 company that had been entirely located in California. They had several manufacturing plants and design facilities in LA alone employing thousands. He told me the company had begun buying facilities in right to work states and was slowly transferring its operations. The plan was to let the major products run their lifecycle and then close their California plants when they died. Eventually, they would be entirely out of California. He said that when they opened a plant in the south they offered a move package and management was stunned that everybody of importance took the package.
